THE FRAGILE VIRTUAL BUBBLE IN WHICH WE LIVE: A five days outage on Amazon

WITH AN UPDATED LIST OF OUTLETS FOR THE BOOK THE SUN-EYED CHILDREN

"THE SUN-EYED CHILDREN: This book is both spiritual and savage. This book makes you believe in Immortality"

Near the end of December 2021, hundreds of Book Titles listed on Amazon by Indian Publishers did effectively disappear from the Amazon website for FIVE FULL DAYS. Vanished! Evaporated! As if they had never existed... Impossible? Not at all! Let's catch up with reality and be conscious of how fragile is the virtual world into which we dive deeper day by day! I will not comment on the causes of this outage, which are unclear. The Publishers who have battled to get our books back online -- in the middle of their year ending holiday; many thanks to them! -- are better positionned to discuss the complex technical issues that had to be resolved.

As normalty has been at last restored in the early hours of January 1st, 2022 (an auspicious omen for the New Year, perhaps?), let's reorganise the chaos that has delayed the awareness of The Sun-Eyed Children's release -- a casualty among many in this shocking outage, right in the middle of the promotional pitch of this book launched on December 1st.

Below is a comprehensive updated list of links to obtain The Sun-Eyed Children (Paperback and Ebook) in India and Oversea:

I am tempted to reflect about the fragility of this virtual world that some would like to project recklessly into a Metaverse (the latest fashionable mantra aggressively promoted by Mr Zuckerberg -- not my "friend" since I shut down my Facebook account several years ago), but there is lost time to catch up with; this will have to wait and might become the subject of a later post.

Thank you for being an avid reader!
