LUMIERES-INDIA - PHOTOGRAPHY, LITERATURE & PUBLISHING

3) Book Details
We’ll need to set the sale price, write a compelling book description for your Amazon sales page, and choose the right categories and keywords — crucial to prevent your book from vanishing into the depths of Amazon (and Google) from day one.
4) Publication
Once published, your book will be listed on Amazon (under “Books” and “Kindle Store,” followed by subcategories matching your genre, such as “Science Fiction” or “Philosophy”) and made available to the public.
5) Author Account Creation
We’ll create an Amazon Author Central account in your name. This will serve as your homepage for all your published literary work — past, present, and future. Potential readers will find everything about you as an author: your book list, author profile, reviews/ratings, and other useful info. You’ll also have access (privately) to detailed analytics on your sales.
6) Promotion and Advertising
The final step (optional but recommended) is to manage Amazon ads (sponsored products) after publication. Without this, your book will likely struggle to gain visibility — with sales limited to friends and direct outreach via email and social media. Visibility on Amazon and other platforms is crucial.
